Named for the Cleveland area code and located in Cleveland’s historic arcade is Pizza (216) where friends (since high school) and business partners, Johnny Lis and Brad Wiescinsk, look forward to satisfying your pizza (and more) cravings.
Here, a rotating brick oven cooks pizzas to perfection in under three minutes and fresh, locally sourced ingredients are used. The menu features a mix of traditional pizzas and salads as well as unusual and tasty options such as the pierogi pizza with whipped mashed potatoes, ricotta, cheddar, caramelized onions, green onions, and sour cream (bacon optional); Italian nachos made from pasta fried into chips and topped with cheese sauce, pepperoni, sausage, and pepperoncinis; roasted Brussels sprouts with dried cranberries, bacon, and balsamic glaze; and risotto with mushrooms, parmesan, and truffle oil.
