Flour boasts a sleek, modern décor and an open kitchen. By no means traditional, this Italian eatery takes you on a culinary journey through house-cured meats and handcrafted cheeses to pasta made from scratch. Pancetta-wrapped, chorizo-stuffed dates arrive at the table sizzling in a red pepper sauce. There are seven versions of Flour`s ten-inch pizzas featuring inventive combinations and the freshest of local ingredients. Look for an extensive list of Italian wines as well as local draft beers.
