Award-winning southern-style barbeque from former Cleveland Browns' Pro Bowl lineman Al "Bubba" Baker and his wife, Sabrina, offers a critically-acclaimed menu in a family-friendly atmosphere.
Bubba's barbequing roots begin in the 1950s in Jacksonville, Florida where Bubba's uncle, "Daddy Jr.," shared the secrets of the family business. He also learned the art of slow smoking and what type of wood best accents the different flavors of each cut of meat. Bubba has developed a series of signature sauces and dry-rubs that have won over even the toughest barbeque connoisseurs across the country.
All meats are first dry rubbed and marinated overnight, then slow smoked with Ohio-grown apple wood. Looking for "fall off the bone tender?" Try the patented De-Boned Baby Back Rib Steak. There's rib steak, chicken and salmon as well. Full bar.
